To take advantage of the interactive applications and video content of SoundJunction you may need to install additional web browser plug-ins onto your computer.
To use the Explorer and Composer tools and the Note Canvas tool, you need install the free Adobe Shockwave application (version 10 and above). You can download this from the Adobe website.
To use the Explorer and Composer tools, you will also need to install the free QuickTime Player (version 6.5.1 and above). This is available from the Apple website. (n.b. you do not need to install iTunes to use SoundJunction -- just QuickTime.)
If your machine is running on a network, such as in a school, you may need to seek advice from your network adminstrator before installing plug-ins.
In certain configurations, the SoundJunction Explorer tool and video player do not currently function with QuickTime player 7.0.4 for Windows XP or Mac OSX Tiger. To avoid this problem, make sure you have the latest versions of both plug-ins.
