Video takes a long time to load, then is slow and interrupted
The video quality will vary depending on your internet connection speed. If the video is slow and interrupted, try clicking on 'Switch to low bandwidth version' in the video player.
On rare occasions when site traffic is particularly high you my experience slow video download rates. 'Switch to low bandwidth version' should help with this.
Message window says 'buffering stream' but audio/video doesn't play
The video player has to buffer a certain amount before it can start playing. This should only take a few seconds, depending on your internet connection speed. If the video fails to load, try refreshing the page in your internet browser (Ctrl+R (PC) or Apple key+R (Mac) on most systems).
